– Distance recaps for each vehicle for each jurisdiction in which the vehicle operated.Licensee shall maintain detailed distance records, which show operations on an individual-vehicle basis. The records shall contain but not be limited to:

– Date of trip (starting and ending)

– Trip origin and destination

– Beginning and ending odometer or hub meter reading

– Total trip miles/kilometers

– Miles/kilometers by routes

– Unit number or vehicle identification number

– Fleet number (when multiple fleets are present)

– Registrant’s name

– Fuel Records Requirements

– Fuel records must be maintained for all motor fuel purchased, received and used in the conduct of business.

– Separate totals must be compiled for each fuel type

– Retail fuel purchases and bulk fuel

– purchases are to be accounted for separately.
